As an Associate Director Construction Solutions, you will develop and drive revenue growth in leading integrated healthcare systems by creating long term funnel of high dollar construction opportunities that exceed growth targets, with an emphasis on surgical infrastructure sales (operating room tables, lights, booms and video integration). You will lead the development and execution of IDN-specific long-term strategic and business objectives, through leadership of cross-global business unit sales and support teams.
With an expert knowledge of your customer’s business and value drivers, you are able to educate customers on product solution differentiators to enable customer success!
Candidates must reside near a major airport for easy access to travel. Role requires up to 50% overnight travel.
Territory includes Western 1/2 of the US
What you'll be doingLeading strategy for the largest construction projects and working with the field sales teams to develop, implement, and track a comprehensive plan to achieve revenue goals and expand the portfolio.Identifying top 30 construction projects per your respective focus. Organizing and leading monthly pipeline reviews with respective commercial leadership to provide progress against open projects, red flags or concerns, and key next steps. Owning and growing relationships with senior healthcare executives; becoming a true partner to accountsActing as strategic sales lead for all major construction projects including strategy, coordination and executing of the plan to maximize the opportunityApplying a consultative approach with healthcare executives through discovery of key organizational business issuesDeveloping, implementing and tracking a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve revenue goals and expand the construction portfolioConducting consistent business reviews for assigned Equipment Planers, Architects, and Contractors with individual strategic plans supporting customer priorities to support short and long-term portfolio growth.What you'll bring
Bachelor’s Degree requiredFive plus years construction/sales experience with large capital healthcareProven track record driving revenue growth at IDNs requiredExperience managing a multi-BU/product line sales process including successful negotiationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills including sales at executive levelDemonstrated ability to think strategically and lead in a complex matrix environmentDemonstrated business and financial analytical skills/proficient with ExcelWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $128,000 to $252,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
