The Associate Configuration Specialist is responsible for configuring Darwin functionalities, including simple to medium benefits, communications, and site content. This role also involves conducting unit testing on assigned tasks and providing support to junior team members.
We will count on you to:
Demonstrate a strong grasp of basic and intermediate concepts of the Darwin platform and their implementation, including site content, communications, benefits, reports, and interfaces.Conduct unit testing on all assigned tasks before releasing them to stakeholders (both internal and external).Apply the Quality Assurance framework consistently throughout the configuration process.Provide support on other projects as needed.Take ownership of communication regarding assigned work packages, proactively updating project stakeholders on progress.Inform relevant stakeholders if tasks cannot be performed or are delayed due to internal or external factors.Show accountability for personal development by maintaining an up-to-date objectives tracker and seeking feedback from colleagues as agreed upon with the line manager.What you need to have:
Eye for detail with good logical and numerical reasoning.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2-C1 level).Ownership over communication (both verbal and written) regarding assigned tasks with all stakeholders.Systematic and efficient in handling everyday tasks.Passionate about teamwork and knowledge sharing.Previous experience in a similar operational environment is desirable.What makes you stand out?
