What the day will look like On assigned accounts, you will assist Construction & Infrastructure brokers with: + Verify, prepare, review and issue invoices, endorsements, binders and certificates of insurance to ensure their accuracy and completion in support of the team’s service plan; + Preparing and submitting marketing submissions to underwriters; + Processing new policies and policy renewals, changes, additions, deletions and cancellations; + Calculating adjustments and premiums on policies and other insurance documents; + Communicating directly with underwriters to follow up or obtain additional information; + Reviewing & proofreading assignments, obtaining signatures & dispensing as appropriate; + Under the direction of the Broker, reviewing policy documentation to ensure coverage requirements have been met; + Request loss runs; + Update quote proposals; + Complete policy checklists; + Assist with benchmarking analytics; + Assisting with the co-ordination of renewal meetings and required presentation materials with the Broker, client service team + Assisting with claims analysis and helping to determine root cause of loss and loss ratio’s How this opportunity is different As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Construction & Infrastructure Division within Aon Reed Stenhouse in Toronto, Ontario!
