Job DescriptionSupport the Manager, Cash Management, in the day-to-day administration of cash and liquidity management. Provide analytical oversight in cash management operations and collaborate with Business Units. Administrate all portal and governance controls processes for bank accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily cash activities including domestic and international fund transfers, daily settlement of cash/liquidity funding, and current/prior day account reconciliations.Supports external borrowing requests, tracking maturities and ensuring interest expense is monitored, minimized and communicated across Treasury organization.Manage overall process for cash application within Treasury sub-ledger and support daily/monthly accounting activities.Support Treasury Manager in bank account maintenance, bank portal administration, bank portal standardization and overall Treasury process compliance and governance.Support Global free cash flow tracking and forecasting.Support Treasury Manager in bank account rationalization, implement enhancements in payment processes through collaboration with Accounts Payables, and improve cash pool efficiency.Execute cross functional projects across the Treasury organization relating to cash repatriation, intercompany settlements, and tax initiatives.QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required. 2+ years of experience preferred.BS degree required; emphasis in accounting or finance preferred.SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite, as well as Box and other internet applications.Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, remain organized, and work independently.Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.Effective written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.Additional InformationFortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $44,000 USD - $66,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
