Essential Functions
Manage all operational requests related to the campaign life cycle including IO generation (CPQ), campaign configuration and creative upload and scheduling (Co. Platform) Ensure 3PAS reporting is set-up for relevant Co. Advertise customers Assist AMs and Account Directors with regular customer performance reports Learn to prioritize internal and external requests, understanding impact and severity level. Clearly communicate campaign timelines and deliverables Identify any opportunities/problems arising from misalignment or misunderstanding. Become proficient in workflows and systems needed to set up and maintain our advertising campaigns.Other Functions
● Ability to effectively consult with internal and external customers regarding challenges, translating technical information to non-technical audiences.
● Ability to simplify complex data-backed insights for non-technical audiences, and to present them confidently.
Minimum requirements
Education:
● BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field preferred.
Experience:
● 2-3 years industry experience with knowledge of the Online Advertising/ Programmatic Ad-serving industry.
● Experience with Ad Servers, DMPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Tag Implementation platforms, and Integrations.
● Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Skills:
● Solid SQL skills, capable of writing intermediate queries to pull the data needed in order to troubleshoot.
● Great written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to small audiences.
● Experience working with a SAAS platform, or in a client-facing technical service environment.
