Using unique expertise in the fields of materials science, surface science, optics, biochemistry and biology, the segment provides innovative solutions that improve productivity and enable breakthrough discoveries. **Purpose of the Position:** + Handle product customer complaints regarding appearance and breakage type issues globally and be responsible for customer complaint tracking, sample tracking, receiving and inspection. Timely processing in the system and issuing appropriate resolution letters to ensure customer complaints can be resolved quickly. + Establish and maintain standardized templates for all types of product customer complaint responses and review with each factory on a regular basis. + Maintain timely communication with quality engineers in each factory when encountering complex product customer complaints and agree on solutions. + Responsible for the production of monthly reports, and regularly summarize and analyze the relevant data to the factories in each country and abroad. + Completing other matters arranged by the supervisor. **Day to Day Responsibilities:** + Monitor the status and stage of handling product customer complaints and contact counterparts for timely handling. + Track the status of samples that need to be returned and confirm with QE on accepted samples for appropriate inspection and testing. + If necessary, coordinate the forwarding of complaint samples to foreign factories and track the status of the samples until they are signed for. + For the rejected complaints, based on the requirements of the factories to make amendments or re-investigation before submission. + Remind and follow up with engineers and factory quality managers for complaints pending approval. + Seek support from overseas factories for difficult complaints to ensure timely handling and response. + Monitor the timeliness of the complaints handled and report to the manager in a timely manner. + Update and summarize the data of customer's simple complaints and update them to the factories worldwide. + Maintain and improve data processing of self-constructed common databases. **Required:** + Bachelor degree or above + More than 3 years working experience in biological, medical device related industry + Quality experience in related industry is preferred + Preferably with biology related experiments We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
