ABOUT UNILEVER PROFESSIONAL (UPro)

Unilever Professional (UPro) focuses on selling Home Care products in professional cleaning channels like hotels, hospitals, commercial laundry, etc. The business has a stretched ambition of delivering a 1B Euros turnover globally by 2030.

This role will report into the Supply Chain Manager – Unilever Professional Europe and the key job scope includes:

Supply Planning;

Demand Planning;

S&OP

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Supply Planning and S&OP:

Works with Genpact E2E Planners, Unilever factories and Unilever CMs, including Diversey, to ensure adequate stock levels across the entire distribution network, with no risk to service;

Supports Genpact E2E Planners who are liaising with Unilever factories and Unilever CMs for short-term priorities and other planning concerns;

Supports Genpact E2E Planners who are working with Diversey deployment team for any escalation for issues relating to replenishment to satellite warehouses;

Leads supply recovery plans during the period of out-of stock;

Highlights critical / out-of-stock SKUs to Unilever Professional CD team and share recovery plans;

First point of contact for logistics and customs issues for deliveries from Unilever factories and Unilever CMs to Diversey factories and warehouses;

Works with Genpact E2E Planners on inventory optimization through safety stock analysis, MOQ discussions with factories, and demand analysis with key countries;

Works with Genpact E2E Planners and Unilever Professional P&I for run-down and build-up of SKUs during a migration / transition;

Leads business waste workstream through regular monitoring of write-offs and initiating discussions on slow-moving SKUs;

Reports capacity constraints in the supply chain network in the short-medium term during the monthly S&OP meeting;

Reports total UPro inventory levels in the monthly S&OP meeting and shares plans to optimize and highlights slow-moving SKUs.

Demand Planning and S&OP:

Highlights and works on improving future forecast with Diversey Sales Planners for Top 80 SKUs with high forecast bias, which may result to out-of-stock, or overstock;

Prepares forecast bias and forecast accuracy reports, when available after MDA IT implementation;

Prepares, reviews and challenges short-term forward forecast (volume analysis) being shared by Diversey, for S&OP;

Drive improvements in demand planning process;

Prepares the annual business plan (BP) and quarterly long-term capacity plan (LTCP) in coordination with Diversey supply chain, and UPro and Diversey marketing teams

Operations Admin:

Leads process improvement and resolution of order-to-cash issues between Unilever and Diversey;

Organises annual physical stock count activity of HC Pro stocks in Diversey warehouses, following guidelines set by UEBV;

Prepares monthly stock acquisition and service acquisition purchase orders in SAP.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

​​Excellent analytical skills;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit

THE EXPERIENCES WE LOOK FOR

A bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain;

· Candidates with an APICS certification are preferred;

· 4 to 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, specifically in supply planning;

· Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel and PowerPoint;
