In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services. **Process Overview** The Global Markets NFRR is responsible for the preparation and submission of the NFRR reports on periodic basis and share with the Line of business. Key activities include - Generating the report from the GRRS application- Performing and Analyzing data quality checks- Investigate data issues found- Perform manual adjustments if any- Get signoff from relevant stake holders on the report generated- Archival of Submission and Supporting Documentation. Team also partners and support few other functions like Transformation, continuous improvement and Production Monitoring as horizontals. **Job Description** As part of the Bank of America Merrill Lynch NTCR Ops, the incumbent will be a part for Global Markets NFRR Team in India **Responsibilities:** The responsibilities of the incumbent would be to support the onboarding and report generation of the report in target state + Understanding the regulation. Review of the data dictionary and DSL created for completeness to ensure completeness of all operational and reporting requirements + Responsible for the identification, tracking, and remediation of data issues and control enhancements that impact the respective reports. + Design, execute and monitor data quality checks that impact associated reports + Liaise with technology to build these checks in the system + Investigate and remediate issues related to non-compliance of report before submission, with the help of report owner and technology teams + Once the report is in production, on a periodic basis perform all the below steps + Generating the report from the target application + Performing and Analyzing data quality checks + Investigate data issues found + Perform manual adjustments if any + Get signoff from relevant stake holders on the report generated + Archival of Submission and Supporting Documentation **Requirements:** + **Education:** CA, MBA + **Certifications If any:** NA + **Experience Range** - 8 to 10 yrs **Foundational skills:** + Strong analytical and fact-based decision making Ability to meaningfully Analyze and report complex data for enterprise and reporting + Experience in Auditing or Regulatory Reporting + Good Knowledge on Global Markets and different traded products or knowledgeable of consumer products and processes within the bank + Strong knowledge of data flow and connection points to determine the appropriate execution of controls + Strong understanding of data controls and the reporting risks that can occur + Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate to Executive Leadership and others levels within the Bank + Stake holder management (internal & external) across regions / functions / lines of business + Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – PowerPoint, Excel and Word and ability to work on these without any support **Desired skills:** + Analyze market data in relation to the Shareholding Disclosure regulation. + Assisting the regional team in interpreting changes to regulatory rules and creating test data for rule testing. + Experience in interpreting shareholding disclosure regulations within a financial organization (in compliance, operations, legal) + Experience of using Aopshere's or Simons & Simons Rulefinder service is preferred along with staying up to date with Industry trends. + Experience in technology implementation projects including involvement in building new or enhancing existing systems to meet complex reporting requirements. + Advanced Word, PowerPoint skills and Analytical tools (Tableau and Micro Strategy) is a plus. **Work Timings:** 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST **Job Location:** Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
