Job Summary:
The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training, and skill level to perform work tasks. May be required to obtain certification for operation of Mules, Tuggers, Powered Industrial Trucks, Stackers and/or Overhead Cranes and may be required to obtain and maintain braze certification.

Experience and Skills Required:
Must currently be working at Trane through Select Staffing or Valiant Staffing.Must possess basic math skills, understanding of decimals and fractions for measurementAbility to read and write English for assembly directions, Work Order packets and safety instructionsCompletion of basic Forklift Training and Safety Orientation
Base Pay Range 2024 (for Colorado Residents): $18.00 - $27.39 Based on experience
