Asistente de Contabilidad
Responsible for supporting the activities of the Payroll and Accounting department, in its various processes for the achievement of results in a timely manner under supervision.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ability to rigorously implement deadlines and prioritize task efficiently. For maintaining general ledger entries and balancing financial statements, ensuring that ledger data is accurate and detailed. Handling and process accounts expenses and deposits transactions. Ensure timely and accurate recording transactions. Attention to detail and precision, have the potential to grow. Propose improvements, follow established internal control. Continue learning programs. Share our vision of crafting balanced solutions that improves lives protect the planet for future generations.

Assist in preparing journal entries, ensuring they are accurately assigned in a weekly basis. 

Assist to book payments and travel expenses, petty cash refund in weekly basis.

Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of transactions. Tracing and follow up on outstanding receivables, facilitating collections.

Reconcile Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Supervising Mexican Fixed Assets transactions and capitalizations in a monthly basis.

Assist with activities in the month-end close process, including preparing reports. Analyse and perform foreign currency exchanges. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the general ledger, verifying accuracy and completeness of financial records.

  For This Role, You Will Need: University Degree or equivalent experience in accounting or related field Experience: 1 year in similar position  1 year of experience in maquiladora environment preferably Knowledge: TRESS System, SUA, Intermediate Excel, Contpaq i and Banks  Additional Knowledge: Handling of adding machine, copier, e-mail, scanner.   Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:   System SUA
