Qualifications
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales and marketing experienceIdeally, the candidate should understand the crop protection industry and has a hands on experience in retailer management, executing field promotion, product field demonstrations, and demand generation planning/execution.Has the ability to process and interpret data and market insightsDriven with high results-orientation and the ability to engage and manage performance of 3P field personnel
