Apprentissage - Demand Planner EMEA H/F
About the role

You will work as a key component for the EMEA Planning team and will act as liaison between Supply chain teams, commercial director & EMEA markets involved in the process.

Given the diversity of the scope (Partners, Joint ventures), the candidate will be the point of contact in various multi-disciplinary matters: buying, planning, system implementation and continuous improvement. Our mainly objective is to bring the best support to our commercial team / our merch team and to our clients.

You'll have the chance to:

Work in a multicultural team and be exposed to different business models and functions which will make you understand the process of selling a collection from product selection to the final delivery to customers. Work in a dynamic company with some countries with high growth.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning:

Pre-Season Sell In Preparation:

- Manage samples requests for our clients (Prevision delivery / Follow-up the preparation…)

- Analyze previous Sell-in season and propose newness for the new season.

- Be the key internal contact (Merch team / Commercial team) for the management of administrative accounts.

- Help to build and update reports / files for the clients (masterdata / pricing report…)

 

Sell In period:

- Manage the different official launch of production for the new season

- Improve the forecast accuracy of our clients

- Ensure all orders are validated and integrated – all categories.

- Develop a follow up dashboard for Sales & Forecast / Work on new KPIs.

- Keep a fluid communication with the clients & answer about their specific needs.

- Be an expert of Sales Force to bring the best support to our clients

- Provide support & training for EMEA Region

- Develop new report / option on our Sales Force platform.


In-season management:   

- Follow-up client’s allocation and put action plan in place to optimize deliveries.

- Bring support on business opportunity during the season. (replenishment…)

- Answer to multiple requests of our clients (pricing information / collection information…)

- Managing the EMEA franchise development plan


Project Management: 

-  Track & register recurring problems encountered within the buying & forecasting process.

-  Propose an action plan to solve these problems.

-  Coordinate and leads action plans within the given time frame.

-  Create new report and KPI to drive the business and our clients.

-  Assistant different task force project to bring your expertise

Profile

The candidate shall have an interest in the fashion industry, product, figures and have a strong sense of analysis.

You are recognized for your rigor, your team spirit, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry.

You have a good relationship with people, and you have a commercial awareness and you embody Lacoste values

You are comfortable with Excel Knowledge of an ERP & Salesforce is a plus French & English fluency is required for this role.

Education: Bac +5 specialized in Supply Chain / Purchasing Management/ data analysis / Merchandising.
