**Your key responsibilities**
• Sales Order entry
• Handling customers communication
• Proactive follow up of Shipments to MENA & TR Region.
• Tracking of open Shipments with Firmenich Freight Forwarders (Sea and Air).
• Preparation of Export Documents for the assigned markets.
• Close interaction with Customer Experience, Forwarders, Warehouses
• Processing requests for information / quotation
• Advising CSX on Logistic matters
• Creation of Claims and its follow up with QN Coordinator
• Incoterm handling
• Creation of Reports (Event Manager)

**You bring**
• Knowledge of Export documents (BL , Coo, Packing list, EUR1) .
• Graduated in Business studies, Foreign Trades, International Logistics or Economics.
• Advanced level of English.
• Curious, responsible and willing to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Dynamic and Proactive attitude
