【Key Responsibilities】

The role is for an application engineer, who will be working in the DuPont Advanced Packaging Metallization Group. This role is located in our Innovation Lab, Kallang Singapore.Your role will be highly involved in development and improvement of metallization products for artificial intelligence (AI), high bandwidth memory (HBM), and semiconductor markets. You will work in partnership with our world-wide customers and global teams of sales, R&D and marketing to commercialize and optimize industry-leading metallization products that deliver enhanced performance for the diverse semiconductor markets we serve. You will focus on the optimization and improvement of chemistries and processes within the metallization application platform.Evaluate and refine new metallization products via routine testing and analysis at our labs and partners such as IMEProvide technical assistance to customers during early evaluation and demonstration of new productsEvaluate and communicate customer’s critical requirements for successful product implementationCompliance with environmental health and safety best practicesUnderstand and follow appropriate EH&S standards, policies and procedures applicable to this job.Lead by example in the area of ethical and safety behaviors by promoting safe and ethical work habits.

【Qualifications】

Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science with relevant 5 years above working experience for semiconductor and/or advanced packaging technology. Ph.D degree is preferred.Written and verbal proficiency in English.Highly motivated and demonstrate ability to be well organized and focused for meeting demanding timelines.Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer project management and teamwork spirit.Experience and knowledge in electroplating processes will be a plus for any candidates.
