The Job
The App Store Operations team owns the governance model for app store account security and account management. We provide secured access - with appropriate permissions - to partner consoles for our internal customers to conduct their day-to-day work, and we also optimize and implement mature processes and tools that enable product releases to be shipped at a high quality and on-time. The Associate Program Manager, as a part of the App Store Operations team, will be involved in the above, in addition to gathering requirements from our App Store Partners to ensure we are consistently and proactively compliant. A successful person in this role has strong program planning and execution skills. They communicate effectively in writing and verbally. They build productive relationships by fostering trust and communicating clearly with stakeholders and partner teams.
