We are looking for an early career person with the capabilities to turn into our next Finance Planning & Analysis Graduate as part of our Finance department. Aon Graduate Programme
As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Aon Graduate Programme when you join. This programme has been designed to identify and support the development of key future talent. As such, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate genuine interest, drive and potential to build a lasting career at Aon.
The Graduate Programme will commence at the end of Summer 2025 (September).
About Aon Nordic Finance team
The Nordic Finance team consists of a local team of Financial Controllers in each country and one Financial Planning & Analysis (Business Controller) specialist in each country. In addition, we have a couple of Nordic roles coordinating and supporting the team and a Nordic CFO. In total we are 29 colleagues. You will report to our Nordic CFO.
The Finance team in Aon work closely related to the business and as such has great client focus, high commitment and openness in the work environment.
What the day will look like
As a Finance Planning & Analysis Graduate, you will play a key role in the financial planning and analysis taking place on a regular basis within Aon. You will work closely with management and the business to ensure that we have a strong financial foundation and can make well-informed decisions. Your contribution will be central to identifying business opportunities and optimizing our financial processes to support the company's long-term goals.
Main tasks will include:
+ Develop and maintain financial models and reporting
+ Analyze financial results and identify trends and deviations
+ Prepare and present financial reports for management
+ Participate in budget and forecast processes
+ Work closely with the business to support business units with financial analysis and advice
+ Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems
+ Collaborating with other colleagues across Aon Nordic Finance
How this opportunity is different
In this role you will be exposed to our Commercial Risk as well as our Health & Benefit business and you will work closely with our business colleagues handling clients in different industries. You will get a good insight into several insurance areas.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Industrial engineering with focus on controlling and analytics
+ Proficient in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
+ Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
+ Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas) and Power BI (creating and managing reports and dashboards). Experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
+ Enthusiasm and energy for the job, strong work-ethic, taking initiatives and being solution-oriented are important qualities as well as being comfortable working on your own as well as part of a team
+ A genuine interest in understanding Aon’s business
+ Meticulous attention to details
+ Ability to operate under pressure and handle deadlines
+ Comfortable communicating with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels within an organization
+ Exercise high levels of discretion in relation to client information – respect for confidentiality requirements
