Analyst - IT Product Support:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Product Support team at Marsh McLennan Companies. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. In this position, you will provide technical support to internal users of technology products, ensuring effective service delivery to both internal and external clients.

We will count on you to:

Investigate, triage, diagnose, and resolve issues while collaborating with clients, IT departments, and suppliers.Assist in troubleshooting activities for user-reported issues and system-triggered alerts.Analyze reported system issues to determine validity, severity, and reproduction steps.Support business-critical applications by monitoring service issues and proposing resolutions or improvements.

What you need to have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 2-5 years of industry experience, or 5-7 years of experience without a degree.Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC/MVVM, TFS, Visual Studio, and SQL.Experience with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and relational databases.
