We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement Team at Marsh. This role will be based in Philippines.This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will use information about market practices, pricing and underwriting policies to match clients' insurance needs with appropriate carrier coverage.
We will count on you to:
Runs analytics and evaluates clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.
Cultivates a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.
Assists more senior Placement colleagues during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under close supervision.
Prepares proposal components for more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.
Completes all aspects of the TRAC Associate program, year two.
What you need to have:
Degree Holder
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the relevant field
Able to do presentations
