Join us! **Global Business Services** Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations. In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services. **Process Overview*** GBAM at Global Business Services (GBS) supports global businesses of the Bank with solutions requiring judgment application, sound business understanding and analytical perspective. The domain experience in the areas of Financial Research & Analysis, Quantitative Modeling, Risk Management and Prospecting Support provide solutions for revenue enhancement, risk mitigation and cost optimization. The division comprising of highly qualified associates operates from three locations i.e., Mumbai, Gurgaon & Hyderabad. Global Markets Analytics and GCIB Analytics team are part of GBAM within GBS and the ~50 member teams primarily support the COO groups on their Reporting and Analytical requirements. Global Markets Analytics team closely works with their aligned FLUs in FICC, Equities, Prime Financing groups in various regions and help them drive their Strategic Initiatives through bespoke reports and analytics. GCIB Analytics team has workstreams partnering with Investment Banking teams, Corporate Rates & FX COO groups, AML/KYC teams and Global Transaction Services (GTS) workstreams on their reporting and analytical requirements. Both teams function out of Mumbai and Hyderabad. **Job Description*** The prospective candidates will be part of the above Analytics teams. Being a techno-functional role, the job requires good understanding of Capital Market concepts. Applying candidate should be experienced in using technologies like Tableau, Alteryx, and RPA tools (like UiPath) to perform analytics and to generate reports. The candidate should have an advanced understanding of Equities, Sales and Trading business and must be proficient with tools such as MS Excel, VBA, MS Access, MS PowerPoint etc. The candidate should have an inherent liking for data and should possess the ability to work with large data sets. The candidate must be able to clearly articulate thoughts and communicate effectively with Senior Business Partners across Regions. Applicant should also be flexible to collaborate with other workstreams in the Global Markets and GCIB Analytics teams on some key initiatives. **Responsibilities*** + Deliver all BAU reports to the aligned group seamlessly + Maintain and enhance the existing dashboards/ reports + Maintain high level of data integrity of reports developed and generated + Understand the ad-hoc requirements and deliver seamlessly + Analyze the requirements and deliver on the short- and medium-term projects as per the agreed timelines + Collaborate and develop processes to integrate various databases to develop new analytics/ Business Intelligence solutions + Generate independent reports and provide meaningful insights to the business + Identify and implement process improvement initiatives from Operational Excellence perspective + Work with the broader teams on Cross Platform/ technological initiatives **Requirements*** + **Education-** Engineering followed by an MBA degree from reputed Institutions. + **Certification -** CFA/FRM degrees will be beneficial. + **Experience Range*** Candidates with 3 -5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry **Foundational skills*** + Experience in using Business Intelligence software like COGNOS, SQL, Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server and data transformation applications like Alteryx/PowerBI + Expertise in MS Office products such as Excel, Access, VBA + Excellent communication skills and flexibility in work hours to coordinate with various stakeholders across regions **Desired Skills** : Ability to independently host calls and lead discussions with senior executives and stakeholders to arrive at business solutions **Work Timings*** 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM/9:30 AM to 6.30 PM (Flexibility to work in shifts for APAC, EMEA or AMRS is a prerequisite) **Weekend requirement*** The team currently does not work on weekends.
