Job overview and responsibilities

Our Digital Operations Center is constantly working to enhance the experience of our customers across our Digital Channels, based on data-driven analytics and timely and accurate reports. In order to do so, we rely on a great team of highly skilled Analysts that work hand-in-hand with business units across the organization in a fast-paced environment to provide them with actionable business intelligence to be used in making our Digital Channel offerings even more robust and reliable.

Produce dashboards for technical teams to monitor success and error rates across multiple customer-facing applicationsDevelop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on system performance and user engagementConduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimizationAnalyze user experience data to improve the reliability of our digital channelsSupport resolution efforts during system outages and participate in root-cause analysis workshopsProvide ad-hoc analysis to different business units across the organization to support decision making on improvements to our customers digital experience

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelors degree2 years of experience working with digital channels2 years utilizing digital analytics tools2 years of experience in advanced research in a quantitative and analytical fieldStrong data analysis, manipulation, and problem solving skillsIntermediate to advance SQL skills working with Enterprise Data Warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery)Business Intelligence tool (PBI)Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
