Join our team and watch your uniquely United career journey unfold. **Job overview and responsibilities** To be key member of Cargo Logistics Team that is responsible for $65+ Million of Road Feed Service (RFS) spend and the management of over 20,000 Unit Load Device (ULD) assets. This position is regionally responsible for strategic enhancements, optimization and oversight of United's Unit Load Devices (ULD) and Road Feeder Service (RFS) including compliance, process improvement, operational performance and cost controls. ULD Oversight and Optimization · Strategic forecasting/planning models and strategies to support achievement of optimization of ULD assets. · Develop, maintain and continuously improve analytical insights and solutions to ensure ULD Compliance for Global Operations team · Partner with Operations, Revenue Management, Sales and Cargo Logistics teammates to drive incremental business RFS Oversight and Optimization · Strategic forecasting/planning models and strategies to support achievement of optimization of RFS trucking network · Develop, maintain and continuously improve analytical insights and solutions to drive RFS operational performance improvements and cost mitigation · Partner with trucking carriers to achieve incremental performance improvements through leveraging consistent performance reporting and reviews · Manage weekly KPI reporting and collaborate with stakeholders to drive long term solutions to key areas of attention. ULD/RFS Regional Responsibility · Drive cross divisional relationships with cargo operations colleagues, service partners and Airport Operations staff to complete successful movement of ULDs and efficient RFS performance · Collaborate with regional cargo operations, revenue management and sales colleagues to optimize ULD usage and movements associated revenue · Leverage analytical tools to drive successful decisions which create operational improvement, optimize movement of ULDs and RFS operation **Qualifications** **What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience required + MBA or Advanced degree in Analytics or Finance preferred + Advanced MS Products + Analytical mindset, data analysis skillset + Analytical Tool Proficiency (SQL, Spotfire, Tableau, STAT, R, etc.) + Ability to present analytical ability effectively Preferred + Financial Reporting and Budgetary Knowledge Preferred + 1 to 3+ years of experience in data analysis, forecasting or related field + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship + Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications + Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position **What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):** MBA or Advanced degree in Analytics or Finance 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred Financial Reporting and Budgetary Knowledge Preferred Ability to present analytical ability effectively Preferred The base pay range for this role is $64,885.00 to $88,440.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills.
