The professional will be responsible for translating stakeholder needs into efficient Salesforce solutions, ensuring the quality of deliveries and alignment with market best practices. Responsibilities: - Business Requirements Analysis: Work directly with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, such as object customizations, workflows and reports. - Functional Documentation: Prepare detailed documents, such as use cases, process flows and functional requirements, guiding the development team and ensuring that deliveries meet business expectations. - Basic Configuration and Customization: Configuring the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud), creating and adjusting objects, custom fields, flows, reports and dashboards, according to business needs, without necessarily involving advanced programming. - Testing and Validation: Assisting in the execution of tests to validate that implemented solutions meet requirements, including manual testing and collaboration with the QA team to ensure flawless deliveries. - Support and Continuous Improvement: Provide post-implementation support, identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes in Salesforce, enabling the team to make the most of the platform's functionalities. **Required technical and professional expertise** '- Relevant experience in analyzing requirements and configuring Salesforce (Sales Cloud). - Ability to document processes and functional requirements. - Knowledge of customizing objects, fields, flows, reports and dashboards. - Experience in manual testing and collaboration with QA teams. - Analytical skills, clear communication and proactivity. **Preferred technical and professional experience** '- Basic knowledge of Omnscript, Data Raptor and VIP. - Salesforce certification (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant). - Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
