To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Materials Planning Manager, Material Planning Analyst role involves In charge of maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and create and maintain outsources parts schedules

What a typical day looks like:

Demand management.Review and acceptance of demand with the client.Generation of Short Reports.Release of actions to Purchasing (New POs, Expedite - Push - Cancel).Follow-up on critical shorts with the purchasing team.Management and mitigation of Excess and Obsolete items.Generation and sending of Claim and E&O to the Client.12-month Inventory projection.Generation of Work Orders for the consumption of Raw Material.Attend CFT Meeting (Review of daily outputs and critical activities.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor’s Degree completed related.Conversational English.Advanced Excel.Junior experience in the position.
