El Analista de Gastos de Viaje y Cuentas por Pagar es responsable de asistir y apoyar a los contactos internos en caso de incidentes relacionados con los informes de gastos, la gestión de tarjetas de crédito, los reembolsos y los adelantos de efectivo. Este puesto realiza análisis diarios, auditorías de informes, conciliaciones y actividades de seguimiento para garantizar la puntualidad de los pagos.

Responsabilidades clave:

Brindar asistencia de servicio al cliente a los empleados.Garantizar que los pagos se liberen de forma correcta y oportuna.Apoyar con documentos y evidencias relacionadas con los pagos a los auditores.Dar seguimiento a cualquier requerimiento del auditor.Realizar seguimiento de discrepancias con otros equipos.Modificar/corregir documentos en el ERP (Oracle) según sea necesario.Supervisar la antigüedad de las cuentas por pagar, reembolsos y anticipos de efectivo.Garantizar que los registros financieros cumplan con las normas regulatorias según las directrices de PPG.Supervisión y seguimiento de los pagos rechazados.Conciliaciones bancarias.Generar informes para seguimiento o análisis.

Requisitos:

Licenciatura (Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o afín)1-2 años de experiencia en Atención al Cliente Bancario, Concur, Viajes y Gastos, Cuentas por Pagar o Contabilidad.Deseable conocimiento en ERP (Oracle/SAP)Conocimiento de asientos contables y conciliación de cuentasConocimiento intermedio-alto de Excel (tablas pivote, short cuts, VLOOKUP)Sólidas habilidades en comunicación interpersonal y alta atención al detalle.Inglés avanzadoSería una ventaja significativa si se tuviera idioma Portugués.
