Responsabilidades e atribuições: 

Análise de programação EDI e atualização de semáforo e cobertura para abastecimento

do site;

Programação de transferências, emissão de ordem no ERP, agendamento de coleta e

entrega junto as transportadoras de materiais para abastecimento do site;

Recebimento de notas fiscais e atualização de saldos em estoque para faturamento;

Gestão de consumo mensal dos materiais de venda direta e serviços extras para

faturamento;

Análise e elaboração do plano mensal com base na demanda do cliente e no consumo

registrado pelo processo e inclusão de plano no ERP;

Condução de inventário conforme necessidade da organização (diário, mensal ou anual);

Gestão e compra de materiais consumíveis, como filtros, embalagens, solventes etc.;

Gestão de pedidos e faturamentos A&S;

Gestão de pedidos e faturamentos CPU;

Emissão de notas fiscais para envio de amostra;

Atualização de listas de preço;

Suporte ao AR com o acompanhamento de registros e pagamentos de NFs;

Análise e abertura de nota de crédito;

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Graduação Superior;

Ser dinâmico e proativo;

Comunicação eficaz;

Atuar em São José dos Pinhais

Requisitos Desejáveis

Experiência em planejamento e logística;

Conhecimento em Oracle - ERP;

Conhecimento em Excel;

Inglês;
