Position Summary

The Americas Rewards Manager will manage and enhance the total rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, recognition programs, and the overall employee value proposition. This role aims to attract, retain, and motivate talent aligned with the company’s goals and objectives through competitive and equitable rewards programs.
 

Key Responsibilities

Compensation:

Research and implement competitive, best practice pay policies and programs, including base and variable pay programs for all employees (manufacturing and non-manufacturing employees).Administer compensation programs, including base pay reviews, annual incentives, and special compensation programs.Partnering with HR and business leaders, develop and implement pay strategies to address workforce challenges such as attrition, hot skills, internal equity, starting salary rates, job leveling and market competitiveness.Manage all aspects of the annual compensation process cycle.Prepare and analyze compensation reports and metrics to inform decision-making.Develop and implement effective communications for all compensation programs
 

Benefits Administration:

Manage and oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives working with internal and external resources to ensure the execution of the benefits strategy.Review and assess benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in the enrollment process.Conduct benefits orientation sessions and provide ongoing communication regarding benefits programs.Responsible for ensuring processes for Annual Enrollment, new hire enrollment, leave and termination benefit processes, transferee relocation and tax support processes and change event administration are run on schedule and without error.Work with resources to create timely 5500’s and complete all other required filings and notices (e.g., PCORI, SARS, SPDs, SMMs)Responsible for the daily management of the company 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan. This includes that contributions are made in a timely manner. New hire enrollment, plan communications and vendor management of administration and investments.Participate in the selection and management of vendors, consultants and carriers; ensuring these partners meet consistent administration processing; ensuring smooth processing of interfaces; monitoring performance expectations.
 

Recognition and Engagement:

Develop and implement recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and enhance engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between rewards and organizational objectives.Gather feedback through surveys and employee interactions to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs.
 

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.Maintain accurate records and reporting regarding compensation and benefits administration.
 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards roles.Strong working knowledge of US Federal regulations (ERISA), Internal Revenue Code (IRC), Department of Labor (DOL) and other regulatory agencies that impact benefit programsExperience with 401(k) benefit plans preferredDemonstrated experience and relevant expertise in the design and implementation of effective global compensation concepts, principles, and processes, including job evaluation and leveling, market pricing and compensation administrationExceptional analytical and quantitative skills for data analysis and reporting. Ability to use data analysis to derive insights and support fact-based decision makingProficient in HRIS systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Microsoft Excel).Ability to support business processes related to benefits.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment, with a demonstrated ability to establish and manage a complex network of key stakeholdersDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
