An Airport Executive ensures a high level of customer service in terms of welcoming guests at the airport.

What will I be doing?

\n

As an Airport Executive, you will assist guests with various requests and enquiries such as transportation, hotel accommodations and other information or assistance they may require. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nEnsure Hilton’s Brand Service standards are consistently practiced by all team members\nEnsure that courteous, prompt and efficient service is given to all guests\nEnsure that all arrival guests with flight details are paged and assisted with luggage and transportation\nEnsure to be neatly groomed and well attired at all times whilst on duty\nTo report to Duty Manager in the hotel over phone prior to leaving for airport to obtain necessary reports and highlights of the day\nTo meet & greet guest with limousine and after assistance is given with luggage, the airport representative to call the hotel to inform of the guest arrival\nTo bid fond farewell and thank them for staying with us\nParticipate in departmental meetings with all Front Office team\nEnsure that standards and procedures are set and understood\nSell the Hotel outlets as much as possible\nEnsure that Duty Manager is kept informed of all developments and guest feedback\nEnsure that consistently high standards of presentation are maintained for both department and Team Members\nEnsure that a high standard of guest relations and service within the airport-reps is consistently maintained\nCoordinate all limousine bookings as per policy\nContinuous communication with Duty Manager to ensure seamless check-in and procedures for guests\nEnsure the well-being of all Airport-reps team members\nTo actively promote the benefits of Hilton HHonors to all guests and patrons of the Hotel, adopting a proactive sales attitude\nMust know all Hotel products and services and actively recommend to our guests\nDevelop staff for future promotions through training, cross and continuous coaching and counseling\nEnsure that there is a thorough hand over at the completion of each shift\nMotivate colleagues and create a team environment through living Blue Energy\nAny other duties assigned by Duty Manager and the Front Office Manager\n

Airport Executive serving Hilton Brand hotels are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

\n\nA passion for providing great service\nA professional attitude and strong work ethic\nAbility to perform in a team and autonomously\nFluent in English and other languages will be beneficial\nGraduate in any discipline\nAt least 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry\nGood knowledge of the city\n\n
