岗位职责：

●探索个人AI产品，包括远期产品形态，体验目标，和现阶段落地的体验定义。

●深入理解AI智能体产品的功能逻辑，围绕用户以意图为中心的类人交互落地产品体验。

●负责联想终端产品的个人智能体产品设计，包括体验测试设计，用例架构，场景化基线，以及交付基础质量与体验。

●利用用户行为数据、市场趋势分析等进行更精准的设计决策和预测，建立机制，使设计系统能够根据用户反馈和市场变化持续学习和迭代。

●制定和维护设计系统，包括组件库、样式指南和交互模式，确保产品一致性和可扩展性。

●跟踪AI交互设计的最新趋势和技术，探索创新的用户体验解决方案。

●对产品设计体验负责，通过数据、用户反馈、体验定义、市场、技术发展等驱动因素不断进化迭代产品设计体验。

岗位要求：

拥有人机交互、工业设计、视传、认知科学或相关领域的学士学位，硕士优先。具备出色的学习能力和获取信息的能力，同时具有旺盛的好奇心。展示出在产品设计（产品逻辑，交互设计，视觉设计）及问题解决方面的卓越能力。10年+交互设计经验，具有AI或机器学习项目背景者优先。熟练使用智能化设计工具，以提高设计效率及质量。对人工智能、自然语言处理和机器学习有深刻理解，能够与技术团队深入交流。能够对工作中的模糊和变化保持灵活和主动。能在压力下依旧保持冷静和独立思考，始终保持热情和开放的心态，能够在跨职能团队中有效工作。
