Job DescriptionCommercial
·Definition, implementation & alignment of ASA (Aftersales) strategy in line with GT strategy & GT-ASA strategy
·Managing commercial aspects of promotions, service marketing and new Aftersales initiatives.
·Establishing and maintaining price management system in country to drive affordability.
·Operational support to the Sales team via promo offers, price blocks, daily TGS & KPI dashboard tracking against targets deployed.
·Full responsibility of sales, EBIT targets and P&L, c-budget management
·Drive=ing innovative service concepts by Implementing new service offers and business models
Service Management
·Developing system of measuring, tracking and reporting ASA commercial KPIs.
·Monitoring, improving and reviewing existing Service Network (In house BSC and external service partners) to ensure service coverage and maintaining Bosch service excellence standards.
·Monitoring monthly aftersales KPI’s to ensure customer satisfaction
·Warranty management and partner claims management
Technical Support
·Be the contact window between Product and QMM (Quality) team and supported BU’s whilst developing aftersales activities, aligning with professional tools in country
·Providing trainings to Service Partners and conducting service audits
·Implement new digital tools
Inventory Management
·SP (Spare Parts) planning, ordering and coordination with logistics
QualificationsProfessional
·Commercial Degree/Diploma or equivalent.
·Computer literate
·Proficient in MS Office
·Presentation Skills
·High Proficiency in English and Arabic
Experience
·Experience in Aftersales Service Management
·Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
·Team management experience not less than 3 years
