Advisory Services Program Manager

What does a successful Advisory Services Program Manager do?


At Fiserv, we believe in the possibilities of gift cards and their ability to change consumer behavior and enhance gift-giving experiences.  As a Program Manager, you will be an integral part of our Gift Solutions Advisory team, managing the lifecycle from ideation through delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients and supply chain partners, maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all service level agreements are met.  This role emphasizes creativity, passion and the drive to deliver exceptional client experiences.


What you will do:

Manage daily gift card projects and coordinate timely deliveries with clients, aggregators and supply chain partners.

Lead our client’s overarching gift program, including forecasting and capacity planning to ensure alignment with client’s goals, while maintaining industry knowledge and trends

Consult with clients on print solutions for gift card production to increase revenue and cost savings, leveraging your expertise as a subject matter expert (SME).

Partner with Creative Services teams to deliver design services and provide accurate forecasting of gift card volumes and revenue based on historical data and client feedback.

Manage the entire lifecycle of gift production, including creating project plans, milestone trackers, and communicating stakeholder expectations regularly.

Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery by proactively identifying and mitigating risks and maintaining transparency throughout the lifecycle.

Resolve client and supplier escalations, validate billing reports and client invoices, and negotiate for improved service or lower costs.

Provide ongoing portfolio status updates, executive-level reporting, and partner with finance teams for accurate billing


What you will need to have:

3+ years of experience in gift card print industry

3+ years of experience with project management

3+ years of experience in client-facing roles and client/vendor relationship management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

Travel to suppliers and clients as required.

What would be great to have:

Experience in project management.

Experience in integration projects.

Experience with print or graphic projects

Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed internal and external resources.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
