Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to provide general administrative services at the business level. Each day, you will perform general administrative activities. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.Temporary position for one year.The work model for the role is: onsiteYou will be mainly accountable for:• Creating orders, planning deliveries, monitoring delivery dates• Communicating with suppliers• Administrating shipments, making of inquiries and selection of the best carrier• Approving supplier invoices and freight invoices• Implementing of newly issued supplier price lists into SAP• Creating/changing info records
Qualifications for the roleYou are at ease communicating in EnglishPossess an enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.You have established skills in organizational and time management, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.You are passionate about establishing relationships within the company and with clients
