Administrative Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at our Doniphan, NE location.

This role will be on site at the Corteva location.

What You’ll Do:

Provide administrative support to manufacturing plant and field operations.Perform daily reception activities and serve as a welcoming face to our business!Collaborate with site production, agronomy, and external partners (seed growers).Assist with time data entry, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing for the site.Create, develop, and maintain data entry processes across departments.Handle daily transactions for operations with high accuracy.Prepare correspondence, documents and reports.Assist with office supply ordering & other plant purchasing needs.Lead records management activity related to quality programs and training.Support Continuous Improvement activities around Safety, Quality, and Productivity.Track documentation and assist training coordinator for proper document control.Data entry for record keeping (i.e. safety training, etc.)Perform other duties assigned.

 Education:

You have a High School Diploma/GED.

What Skills You Need:

You have experience with accounting, administrative, customer service, or other related experience.You have experience and proven proficiency in computer systems and programs including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and tend to pick up quickly on new software.You respect yourself and others and have a strong ethical mindset, therefore you are able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.Your attention to detail and your organizational skills are outstanding!You have good verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills.You are creative and enjoy the challenge of guiding projects for the location.You are welcoming and engaging and love being the face of the business as you greet guests when they come in the door.This is primarily a daytime Monday through Friday position but during the peak season of late August to early October weekends and shift work are required.

Preferences – It Would Be Great If You Have:

Associate's degree.Project coordination experience.Records management experience.
