**Who we are** We are a team focused on managing and optimizing Active Directory environments, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and compliance across enterprise systems. With expertise in large-scale AD landscapes, we provide high-performance solutions that support business operations while minimizing security risks. **What you'll be doing** + Administering heterogeneous Active Directory landscapes in an enterprise environment (250,000 users, 1,000 domains). + Implementing diverse requirements in a complex Active Directory environment. + Managing and documenting incoming requirements and incidents from internal and external customers. + Planning and executing changes, including communication of updates. + Analyzing errors in automation processes and further developing PowerShell scripts. + Minimizing operational risks in the IAM process. **What you'll bring along** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT qualification. + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in working with Active Directory functionality and operations. + Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. + Experience in managing complex AD environments with large user bases and multiple domains. + Excellent communication skills to handle technical dependencies and coordinate with other teams. + Strong analytical skills for error analysis and process optimization. + Proactive and structured approach to managing incidents and changes. + Excellent command of both written and spoken English and German. **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
