Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. **About the role** • Coordinating with cross functional teams to develop strategic activation plans, • Managing total activation budgets with measuring campaign / activation effectiveness / ROI. • Create engaging content for shopper, organizing event and collaborating with brand team to ensure success of brand activation. • Lead and train product consultant to become Enfa Brand Ambassadors to convert the shoppers to become our users • Partner with Trade Marketing to plan and translate business objectives into 4Ps roadmap for Sales execution **Your responsibilities** As the key lead for Brand Activation and Product consultant lead : - + Develop and sustain long term plan for instore activation execution (Include Product consultant placement) to support total selling approach + Recruit, train, and manage product consultants and brand promoters for activations, ensuring brand knowledge and effective engagement with customers. + Develop all the selling materials in channel, ensuring they closely mirror the selling approach and target customers. + Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop and implement impactful in-store activations that align with brand objectives and target audience + Manage the budget for activations, ensuring efficient spending and return on investment. + Oversee the in-store operation, including to secure permits and approvals for activations, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations, logistics of materials/ props used for activations, including materials procurement, set-up, and breakdown. + Track and analyze the performance of activations, measuring their impact on brand awareness, engagement, and sales. + Manage inventory levels and implement ordering procedures to prevent stockouts or overstocking. + Monitor activation performance metrics and KPIs, such as New User , sales, traffic, and conversion rates, and identify areas for improvement. + Foster a positive and productive work environment for store staff. + Stay up-to-date on current retail trends and best practices and actively sharing with commercial team. + Develop and implement new strategies to improve customer engagement and sales. + Prepare monthly reports and presentations on activation and performance, KPI measurement and ROI evaluation post activations. + Requires traveling to other stores or regional offices as needed. **The experience we're looking for** + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or brand activation, preferably in the Nutrition industry. + Proven track record of successfully developing and executing in-store marketing campaigns. + Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. + Proven ability to be flexible, multitask and drive key projects in a fast paced, high demand environment. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Results oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating. + Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles. + Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams. + Experience in budget management and financial reporting is a plus. + Insightful, with strong analytical skills and the ability to consolidate complex information, interpret & develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation. + Highly effective in sales management and have a comprehensive understanding of best practice across FMCG or Nutrition industries. **The skills for success** Trade Marketing, Field sales; Field sales management, Ecommerce, Analysing sales and Ecommerce data, Leadership skills, Consumer Insights; Shopper Insights; Customer Insights; Category Analysis, Collaboration and partnership skills; Influencing, Consultative Selling, Customer strategy; Channel strategy, Sales strategy development, Perform product planning, Business acumen; financial acumen, commercial accumen, Sales negotiation, P&L Management, Strategy Execution, Operational Excellence. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
