We are looking for a dynamic, positive intern with good analytical thinking and attention to detail to join our AR team supporting Lenovo’s Bratislava office.


What will be your responsibilities:

Manually printing and resending invoices, sending invoices for custom clearance Manually Invoice reprinting request (internal/external) Return invoices tracking to check invoicing method and discuss with Collectors Supporting signing and stamping audit requests, bank details etc. validated by Market controllers Working on disputed invoices, invoice adjustment Resolving invoicing set up for every market and changing set up to Paper/PDF/EDI on customer’s request Creating reports and analyzing data for internal and external clients Maintenance - Raise issues to IT, ensure paper, envelopes, toner on stock Cash allocation process – applying payments to open invoices

Position Requirements:

University student Excellent written and verbal communication in English Comfortable within a dynamic environment with the ability to learn and quickly adapt Motivated to gain new experience and build skillsets Ability to work for 20Hrs per week
