The Account Manager is responsible for A and B account management to serve as primary point of contact in order to grow sales of consumables & services leveraging account planning, cross-functional resources, and product & application knowledge, owning the account relationship to secure annual growth objectives, convey Pall Value to create long-term customer relationships, and Leverage sales tools and process standard work to support growth objectives. This specific position will include travel to across Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for mentoring other junior Sales members with the potential to grow in the future. This position reports to the Country Sales Manager and is part of the Energy + Sales department – direct sales, located in Saudi Arabia and will be an on-site role In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management, and drive business expansion by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management. Promote all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Growth - Equipment, Services & ET, and all other Energy+ products, and identify and prioritize high-value customer capacity expansion opportunities for further development by Sales and/or Strategic specialists, providing strategic support to ensure successful sales completion. Develop and maintain productive long-term relationships with senior management and key decision-makers within customer organizations. + Provide expert technical support (leveraging Sales and/or Strategic Specialist where needed) in various A&B Customers' manufacturing process technologies to develop and support solutions that exceed customers’ expectations. + Lead cross-functional teams within Pall (Technical solutions, Engineering, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Marketing, Project Management, Sourcing, Strategic customer success, etc.) to develop and implement effective team strategies that address customers’ needs promptly and secure sales opportunities. Report and communicate all high-value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy+ SW and tools such as account plans + Position, present, and demonstrate Pall’s system and consumable technologies within customer process development and manufacturing groups, collaborating closely with Sales and/or Strategic Specialist teams to showcase advanced solutions + Maintain a strong, regular customer presence with multiple daily high-level face-to-face customer interactions. Create and maintain detailed customer profiles and SWOT analyses, including sales potential, operating structure, sites, contacts, and other relevant information, and develop deep insights into customer preferences, needs, and anticipated trends to formulate and implement advanced commercial strategies and stay ahead of industry trends to position products for maximum competitive advantage + Utilize sophisticated product and application sales tools (including success stories, customer presentations, installation lists, return on investment calculations, and sample proposals) to support and drive growth objectives The essential requirements of the job include: + 5+ years’ experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical or General Industrial industries. In exchange for sales experience, we will consider experience as a process/project/maintenance engineer in an Oil & Gas, refining or petrochemical facility looking to start a career in technical sales. Knowledge of Gas Processing, NGL (natural gas Liquids) and Petrochemical industry + Bachelor’s degree preferred (preferably in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or technical degree) or equivalent experience considered. + Experience in filtration and separation company would be desirable. + Fluent in both English and Arabic languages is essential, and Outstanding presentation, negotiation, troubleshooting and communication skills (both written and spoken) are strongly preferred + Must have a cultural understanding of the Saudi Arabia Market/Zone Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role + Ability to travel – 50 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations + Must have a valid Saudi driver’s license with an acceptable driving record + Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20 kg, any other physical requirements It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Proficiently understanding customer needs and buying behaviors, and experience executing at each stage of the sales process and adept at guiding others in developing selling skills. + Prior experience with sales funnel management (salesforce.com or equivalent), and experience with strategic selling to large regional accounts + Experience uncovering, pursuing, and guiding others on attaining new prospects via networking, and required to meet customer contact KPIs.
