In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement flawless sales campaigns that directly align with sales goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to determine sales opportunities and strategies.
Coordinate and manage all sales activities, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
Build and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Establish and sustain connections with external partners, vendors, and collaborators.
Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure all sales materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Prioritize and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and trade shows to improve brand visibility.
Apply digital marketing tools and platforms to improve online presence and engage target audiences.

For This Role, You Will Need: A background of at least 3 years in a sales role, with a preference for experience in an environment that emphasizes sales. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. A solid understanding of sales principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Engineering or a related field. Experience in the sales industry, particularly with knowledge of coordinated sales strategies. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
