What You'll do:

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the biotech industryFoster and nurture strong relationships with a diverse range of customersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales strategies and initiativesProvide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfactionSuccessfully manage and grow a portfolio of key accountsConduct market research to determine customer needs and preferencesPrepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customersMonitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growthStrictly adhere to company policies and procedures in all sales activities

Keys to Success:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Skills and Experience:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the biotech industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion abilitiesHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in using CRM software and other sales toolsAmbitious and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets
