You'll be part of a team that ensures digital platforms are usable by everyone - including people with disabilities - by driving audits, removing barriers, and shaping accessible experiences with industry-leading tools and standards.
What you will do in this role
- Conduct accessibility audits to ensure compliance with WCAG, Section 508, and other accessibility standards.
- Identify and remediate digital accessibility barriers in web and mobile platforms.
-Provide hands-on support and training to cross-functional teams on inclusive design and assistive technologies.
- Act as the accessibility lead across product lifecycles, providing technical guidance and usability feedback.
- Maintain deep knowledge of screen readers, voice access tools, and other assistive technologies.
- Stay up to date on emerging accessibility technologies, regulations, and best practices.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Good level of English
- Have 8+ years of experience in accessibility consulting, development, or testing.
- Are an expert in WCAG compliance and Section 508 standards.
- Possess advanced experience using and testing with assistive technologies (TalkBack, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, ChromeVox).
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Google accessibility tools and features (Live Captions, Live Transcribe, Action Blocks, Voice Access, etc.).
- Have professional experience leveraging accessibility features across Google products (Chrome, Android, Docs, Meet, Gmail, YouTube).
- Are an effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Have a passion for creating inclusive, accessible digital experiences that reach everyone.
It would be a plus if you have:
- Experience working within the accessibility space at a large tech organization.
- A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Accessibility Studies, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in accessibility (e.g., IAAP CPACC, WAS, or CPWA).
