Job Responsibilities:

教育程度: 机械、车辆工程大学本科及以上学历,大学英语四级或以上

工作经验: 应届毕业生或变速器或汽车动力总成类相关开发经验

专业技能要求:

了解变速箱传动原理、变速箱开发流程以及IATF16949等体系流程。 了解变速器通用的系统需求,属性需求以及相应的开发验证需求。

能力要求:

具备较好的沟通能力、组织能力及团队协作能力。 能用8D工具解决一般问题。 具备一定的抗压能力。

岗位职责

1.客户需求管理

1)了解并分析客户在变速器接口,物理属性,电子属性,功能属性及耐久等各方面要求以及相关法律法规的需求

2)整理客户需求,并规范化,存档

2 . 根据客户需求组织工程团队制定系统层面的技术产品目标

1)制定SRS,并和功能组,总成设计,building blocks,试验各功能模块制定子SRS,鉴定识别各子部件,子系统与变速箱功能及接口的相关性并规范化,存档。

2)根据SRS需求,组织工程团队制定技术方案并组织评审,确保技术方案能满足SRS需求,并满足制造可行性及项目成本要求。

3)协助EPL与客户完成技术协议的签订

3. 技术协作与推进

1)确保相关技术需求能在D-FMEA,图纸和技术规范上反映出来

2)根据GPMS要求,协助EPL推进技术方案的实施、验证及结果评审,按时完成签发。

3)项目开发过程中开展风险管理,及时识别并组织团队寻找降低风险的方案,并报告给上级及EPL。

4. 问题分析与解决

1)组织团队分析并解决产品开发过程中发生的技术问题,包括设计及制造可行性问题,试验失效问题等。

2)支持PST分析解决售后质量或技术问题。

3)关键问题及时上升上级领导并寻求支持。

5.遵守与执行体系要求

1)遵循国家和政府有关劳动、合同、税务、会计、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
2)负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作
3)认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关安全生产、劳动保护、环境保护法规和政策
4)负责参与公司“四新”项目的环保、职业健康安全 “三同时”评审
5)负责工艺改进、新品开发、替代材料的环境影响、健康安全的分析、评审
6)主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改
7)积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动,提出合理化建议
8)负责了解Mafact基础知识,参与Mafact相关活动
