岗位职责:
服务交付管理
确保服务(如IT系统、技术支持、业务流程外包等)按合同约定(SLA,服务级别协议)交付。
监控服务性能指标(如响应时间、故障解决率、客户满意度),及时处理偏差。
客户关系维护
作为客户的主要对接人,管理客户期望,定期汇报服务状态并收集反馈。
解决客户投诉,预防潜在服务风险,提升客户信任。
团队协调与资源管理
协调技术团队、运维团队、供应商等资源,确保服务流程高效运转。
优化资源配置,平衡成本与服务质量。
持续改进
分析服务数据,识别改进点,推动流程自动化或标准化。
制定灾难恢复计划(BCP)和应急预案,确保业务连续性。
岗位要求:
硬技能
熟悉ITIL(IT服务管理框架)、敏捷方法、DevOps等管理方法论。
精通服务级别协议(SLA)、运营指标(KPI)的设计与监控。
具备项目管理(如PMP认证)或质量管理(如Six Sigma)经验。
软技能
沟通能力:能清晰传达技术问题给非技术客户,协调跨部门合作。
问题解决:快速定位服务瓶颈,制定优先级和解决方案。
客户导向:以客户成功为目标,平衡业务需求与技术可行性。
典型背景
教育:计算机科学、信息管理、工商管理等相关专业本科。
经验:3-5年IT服务管理、技术支持或项目管理经验。
