岗位职责：

1. 智能体设计与开发：开发具备自主决策能力的智能体（如聊天机器人、游戏AI、自动化流程代理等），设计智能体的行为逻辑与交互规则。实现智能体对环境状态的感知、推理与动态响应功能。

2. 算法实现与优化：应用强化学习（RL）、规划算法或规则引擎，提升智能体的决策效率与准确性。优化智能体的实时性、鲁棒性和可扩展性，适配高并发或复杂场景需求。

3. 多模态交互支持：集成自然语言处理（NLP）、计算机视觉（CV）或语音交互技术，实现智能体的多模态输入输出能力。

4. 系统集成与部署：将智能体嵌入实际业务系统，完成端到端联调与生产环境部署。

5. 前沿技术探索：跟进AI Agent领域新技术（如大语言模型驱动Agent、多智能体协作框架），提出技术改进方案。

岗位要求：

教育背景：计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业。

技术能力：

- 熟练掌握 Python/C++/Java 等至少一门语言，熟悉数据结构与算法设计。

- 熟悉智能体开发框架与产品。

- 了解多模态技术栈。

- 具备Docker/Kubernetes部署经验，了解云服务（AWS/Azure/GCP）者加分。

- 追踪MCP、A2A、computer use、browser use等技术，并有一定实践。

经验要求：

- 2年智能体开发或AI系统开发经验，有完整项目落地案例。

- 熟悉多智能体协作（MAS）或群体智能（Swarm Intelligence）技术。

软技能：

- 逻辑清晰，能够将复杂业务需求转化为技术方案。

- 良好的团队协作能力，适应敏捷开发流程。

- 对AI Agent技术有热情，具备快速学习新技术的能力。
