岗位职责：

1. 战略规划与执行

 深刻理解业务战略方向和战术执行，负责与集团高层领导、集团相关部门定期汇报、沟通部门战略规划和业务成果，可以独立完成相关内容输出

2. 运营分析与决策支持

设计运营管理框架，包括流程标准化、资源分配模型及跨部门协作机制。 构建运营数据分析体系，整合系统性能、用户行为及财务报表数据，输出可落地的改进建议

3. 跨部门协同与资源整合
 作为业务部门桥梁，推动技术需求转化为业务价值。协调全球团队，推动运营项目落地

4. 行业研究与政策对接
 监测行业政策及技术趋势（如AI、数据安全法规），评估对业务的潜在影响并制定应对方案

岗位要求：
• 基础条件
 ◦ 学历：计算机或管理学相关专业
 ◦ 语言：英语流利（CET-6或同等，需参与跨国会议及英文报告撰写）。

• 经验要求
 ◦ 5年以上IT领域经验，其中3年以上战略规划或咨询背景（如跨国公司IT业务运营背景）
• 核心技能
 ◦ 数据分析：精通Excel、SQL、Power BI，具备财务报表解读能力（如现金流量表、损益表分析）
 ◦ 战略工具：熟练掌握OKR/KPI制定、SWOT分析等战略规划方法论。
 ◦ 技术理解：了解云计算、大数据架构、AI、ITIL运维框架

•加分项

 ◦ 持有PMP、ITIL或CFA认证。

 ◦  有MBA背景
