岗位职责：
云平台交付与部署
负责客户云平台（如AWS、Azure、阿里云、腾讯云等）的架构设计、部署、迁移及优化，确保项目按时高质量交付。
制定云资源规划方案，包括计算、存储、网络、安全等组件的配置与集成。
客户技术支持
为客户提供云平台的技术支持，解决部署、运维中的复杂问题，包括性能调优、故障排查等。
协助客户完成云上应用的容器化改造（如Docker、Kubernetes）及微服务架构落地。
自动化与DevOps实践
编写自动化脚本（如Terraform、Ansible、Python）实现云资源的自动化部署与管理。
搭建CI/CD流水线，推动客户DevOps流程的落地。
安全与合规
确保云环境符合安全规范，实施访问控制、数据加密、日志审计等安全策略。
协助客户通过云平台的安全合规认证（如等保、GDPR）。
文档与知识传递
编写技术文档（部署手册、运维指南等），并向客户团队提供培训与技术赋能。
跨团队协作
与售前、产品、研发团队紧密合作，推动云解决方案的持续优化与客户需求落地。
岗位要求：
硬性要求
本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、网络工程等相关专业。
3年以上云计算领域经验，熟悉至少一种主流公有云平台（AWS/Azure/GCP/阿里云等）。
掌握Linux/Windows系统运维，熟悉Shell/Python等脚本语言。
熟悉网络基础（TCP/IP、VPN、负载均衡、CDN）及云原生技术（K8s、Serverless）。
具备自动化工具经验（如Terraform、Ansible、Jenkins）。
良好的问题分析与解决能力，能承受项目交付压力。
加分项
持有云厂商认证（如AWS SA/Azure Architect/AliCloud ACE）。
熟悉多云/混合云架构设计，有大规模集群部署经验。
具备开发背景（Java/Python/Go），了解KVM、微服务、API网关等。
有金融、政务、医疗等行业云交付经验。
