What will I be doing?
\n\n
As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\nCopy writing, proofreading, and translation for Web campaign, mail magazine, press release, ad and creative collateral
\nCommunicate with vendors and help manage outsourcing projects
\nAssist in the management of purchase orders
\nPromotion code application, internal notification of media coverage
\nSupport Public Relations agency to execute annual Public Relations activities including daily media relations, media sales calls and pitches, press conferences, media shootings and press tours
\nCoordinate internal activities and communications, such as media shooting arrangement with national /regional teams and Public Relations agency
\nDevelop necessary collateral materials and media proofreading
\nResearch for recent timeshare and hotel market for the Public Relations perspective
\nSupport the agency to execute social media plans for Instagram, Facebook. LINE and etc.
\nBe strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence, can work autonomously whilst keeping all parties informed\nIntermediate level of software skills (Microsoft office word, excel, powerpoint & outlook).\nAbility to work under pressure at all times\nFluent in Japanese\nIntermediate level of English\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nPrevious Hotel or leisure sector experience\nPrevious Marketing experience in a similar environment\nBasic knowledge of budgeting or cost-management\nRelevant degree, in marketing, business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution\n\nEducation
\n• Bachelor’s Degree required
\nExperience:
\n• 1+ year of combined marketing, advertising, and/or ecommerce marketing experience. Or at least 3 years working experience in the hotel industry.
\n• Prior hotel/travel industry experience preferred, but not required
