・清掃スタッフへの業務指示、トレーニングの実施
・客室/公共エリアの清掃状況確認
・客室清掃/ベッドメイキング(状況に応じて)
・チェックイン/アウト時のルームコントロール
・清掃スケジュールの作成
 •  在庫管理/発注業務など

Housekeeping Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nAllocate work duties to Team Members and perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms\nReport and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues\nInspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors\nSchedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects\nManage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required\nManage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment\nProvide excellent Guest service including special requirements for the guests.\nEnsure the adherence to hotel brand standards at all times\n

・チームをマネジメントする能力
