**Description and Requirements**
**You will**
+ Support the sales operations function by assisting in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
+ Collaborate with regional sales teams and leaders to build accurate sales forecasts and provide insights to improve sales performance.
+ Assist deal bid processes to ensure timely adherence and compliance to corporate standards and seamless collaboration between sales, presales, and delivery teams.
+ Support the forecasting process and contribute to monthly/quarterly business reviews with a focus on operational excellence.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements in workflows to enhance efficiency, visibility, and overall team productivity.
+ Analyze key business metrics, provide data-driven insights, and recommend actionable strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency.
+ Monitor and track Sales KPIs, support performance evaluations, and highlight areas for improvement for both individuals and teams.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
+ Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking deal progression, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
+ Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
**You Bring**
+ 3-5 years of professional experience in business/sales operations, business intelligence, analytics, sales strategy, or a related field.
+ Prior experience in the IT services industry or a similar service-oriented field is a plus.
+ Proficiency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (both written and verbal).
+ Familiar of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a strong advantage.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to distill complex issues into structured frameworks into actionable insights.
+ A collaborative mindset with a positive “can-do” attitude and the ability to work effectively in a work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
+ Attention to detail, especially when managing deal bid processes and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
