岗位职责：

1.负责行业客户关系管理，制定相关业务计划，积极有效推进客户经营，完成销售业绩目标。

2.负责销售商机管理挖掘，了解未来客户需求，并确定新的商机以实现新的收入目标。

3.捕获、理解客户需求并将其转化为业务及技术解决方案，提供有关数字化需求及数字化转型的咨询。

4.对市场中的创新技术进行研究，寻求在指定行业中的潜在应用等，运用对行业和IT趋势的了解来开发强大的战略解决方案。

5.拓展新客户，了解客户需求，进行客户关系维系，捕捉新机会，完成新客户业务拓展业绩目标；

6.管理创新渠道，将创新思想转化为市场应用，进行谈判并赢得新业务。

7.协助高级利益相关者的管理和提案制定。

8.与潜在的技术及解决方案合作伙伴确定并建立合作关系，以提供集成解决方案。

9.完成上级主管分配的其他相关任务。

岗位要求：

1.信息系统计算机科学或相关学科本科以上学历。

2.至少有10年ERP类解决方案销售经验，大厂销售经验优先考虑。

3.有稳定的客户关系，尤其大中型企业。

4.良好的客户管理经验，及与业务用户和交付团队良好的沟通能力。

5.熟悉大数据、云计算、AI等先进技术。

6.具有分析和解决问题的能力，良好的自我激励能力及人际交往能力，并具有良好的工作积极性。

7.良好的人际交往能力以及良好中英文口头和书面沟通能力。

8.能接受因业务需要的出差。
